Attorney Jonathan G. Morton received his Juris Doctor degree in Law from Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated Valedictorian. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from S.U.N.Y. Maritime College and he subsequently worked as a control systems engineer for numerous years.
Mr. Morton is licensed to practice in New York, D.C., Massachusetts and the State of Florida, as well as before the U.S.P.T.O. as a Registered Patent Attorney. Mr. Morton has worked for several law firms, international corporations as well as the U.S. government in such positions as general counsel, senior in-house counsel, law firm associate and U.S.P.T.O. patent examiner. Mr. Morton specializes in the areas of intellectual property, real estate law, corporate law and international business transactions.
